We are seeking a client-facing Technical Solution Consultant to join our delivery team, supporting the implementation
and success of cutting-edge SaaS solutions for Enterprise Risk Management (ERM). In this role, you will collaborate
closely with our clients, product team, and technical specialists to translate business needs into practical, scalable
platform configurations that drive operational risk, compliance, and governance outcomes.
You will be instrumental in shaping and delivering tailored ERM solutions that meet enterprise-grade
expectations—spanning industries such as finance, infrastructure, health, and government.

Collaborate with enterprise clients to gather and understand technical and business requirements.
Translate client needs into scalable, maintainable configurations within the ERM platform.
Lead solution design sessions and contribute to implementation planning and documentation.
Support system integrations using REST APIs, SSO, and data import/export routines.
Configure workflows, user roles, forms, dashboards, and notifications within the SaaS platform.
Assist in UAT, troubleshooting, and user enablement, ensuring solutions meet compliance and regulatory standards.
Provide ongoing technical advisory and support to clients during and post-deployment.
What Are We Looking For
Experience: 3+ years in a solution consulting, business analysis, or technical implementation role—preferably with SaaS
or ERM platforms (e.g., LogicManager, Resolver, Archer, Diligent, etc.).
Technical Skills: Familiarity with cloud technologies, JSON, XML, REST APIs, SSO, and data mapping. Experience with
workflow configuration and scripting (e.g., JavaScript or low-code platforms) is a plus.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to confidently liaise with enterprise stakeholders,
IT teams, and end-users.
Problem Solving: A logical thinker with a passion for problem-solving and system optimisation.
Client-Focus: Committed to delivering an exceptional client experience with a solution-oriented mindset.
Nice to Have
• Background in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), enterprise risk, or internal audit environments.
• Experience working within regulated industries (e.g., finance, health, government).
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project delivery frameworks.
